P90X3 day 3 is yoga. This is NOT a rest day, sweatshirt came off in the first few mins… but the time goes fast.
I have experience with yoga, so I followed the routine throughout. I was watching, and from what I saw, this is not beginner yoga (which is no surprise– there is an X in the name of this workout, and that X stands for eXtreme).
Just have your expectations clear that you may either need to pause and rewind while you are learning the moves, or just know that it might take you a few times to get the hang of it. But hey, it’s a 90-day program, so there is time to get better and better!
Is it worth it? Yes! Yoga builds core, arms, legs, and more while it lengthens. Good stuff. It’s not easy, but it’s important.
